World Championship Racing 2025 Begins!

LAKE PLACID, NY (March 6, 2025) - Racing kicked off today with Heats One and Two of Men’s and Women’s Skeleton.
Men’s Skeleton
After the first two heats of the World Championships, Austin Florian sits in seventh place with a combined time of 1:50.49. Dan Barefoot holds 14th with a total time of 1:51.38. The competition continues tomorrow, March 7, with Heat Three at 10:45 AM Eastern, followed by Heat Four at 12:45 PM.
Women’s Skeleton
Mystique Ro is tied for fourth alongside Nicole Rocha Silveira of Brazil after two heats, posting a time of 1:51.20. Kelly Curtis follows in ninth with a time of 1:51.33 and Katie Uhlaender is in 12th with a time of 1:51.65. The final two heats are set for tomorrow with Heat Three at 4:00 PM Eastern and Heat Four at 6:00 PM.
