RASHELLE TANNER JOINS USA BOBSLED/SKELETON’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Rashelle Tanner has joined USABS’ esteemed Board of Directors.
“I am so excited that Rashelle decided to bring her considerable record of community and corporate leadership to our Board and talented athletes who strive to reach the top of the podium in international competition,” shared Randy Aliment, Chairman of USABS’ Board of Directors.
Rashelle currently serves as the Director of Culture Programs at Meta, overseeing the strategic planning and implementation of Meta's legal, compliance, and ethics learning initiatives. Leading a team of creative compliance and ethics learning professionals, Rashelle is dedicated to fostering a corporate culture centered around compliance and ethics. She aims to provide engaging learning experiences through innovative storytelling, captivating employees with episodic narratives that leave them eager for more.
Prior to her role at Meta, Rashelle held significant positions at Microsoft, where she served as the Director of Integrity & Compliance Learning and Assistant General Counsel. Her innovative work, featured in the Wall Street Journal and local news outlets, revamped Microsoft's approach to ethics training through storytelling methods. This transformation influenced how Microsoft's global workforce embraced trust and integrity in their daily responsibilities.
Beyond her professional roles, Rashelle contributes to the legal community as an Adjunct Faculty member at Seattle University Law School, guiding students in the Compliance and Risk Management program. She has also held leadership positions at CRISTA and began her legal career as a litigator specializing in labor and employment defense.
Rashelle's commitment to ethics extends to her community involvement, serving on various boards such as the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle and the Seattle Repertory Theater. She’s provided expertise to advisory boards focusing on anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and international trade compliance challenges.
With degrees from Seattle University Law School and Howard University, Rashelle's dedication to ethics, compliance, and the arts, coupled with her legal expertise, solidifies her as a prominent figure in the field. Recognized for her leadership, she was named among The Top 50 Women Leaders of Washington for 2024, showcasing her commitment to elevating corporate cultures with a strong emphasis on compliance and ethics.
